Veronica Peerless is a trained horticulturalist and garden designer. She was deputy editor of Which? Gardening magazine and worked as a freelance features editor at The English Garden, editor of the Industry Zone section of The Garden Design Journal and Contributing Editor at GardenersWorld.com. She has written for many publications including The Telegraph, The English Garden magazine, The Garden Design Journal, House Beautiful and BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine. She was horticultural consultant on The Gardener's Year (Dorling Kindersley, 2014) and contributed to 1001 Plants You Must Grow Before You Die (Quintessence, 2016). Her bestselling book, How Not To Kill Your Houseplant (Dorling Kindersley), was published in 2017.
