Gardens Illustrated has teamed up with Yorkshire Sculpture Park (YSP) to coincide with the exhibition Robert Indiana: Sculpture 1958-2018. One lucky winner will be in with a chance of securing four tickets to explore YSP’s galleries, outdoor sculptures, shops and eateries set within 500 acres of historic parkland. The lucky winner will also receive an exclusive YSP goody bag which includes an Ally Capellino X YSP rucksack, designed in collaboration with the luxury British brand which retails at £115.

The first major UK exhibition of sculpture by Robert Indiana includes artworks which span six decades. Visitors can enjoy a dynamic display of outdoor sculptures along with significant paintings and prints in the Underground Gallery. Robert Indiana: Sculpture 1958-2018 aims to further the contextual understanding and public appreciation of this exceptional American artist, on view until 8 January 2023.

Competition rules

1. The Promoter is Our Media Limited (an Immediate Group Company) (company number 05715415).

2. *The promotion is open to all residents of mainland UK (excluding residents of Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands), aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

3. The closing date for entries is 11.59 pm on 10 May 2022.

4. By entering the promotion, the participants agree: (a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and (b) that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for prearranged promotional purposes.

6. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

7. Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (policies.immediate.co.uk/privacy).

8. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

9. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.

10. The winner will be notified within 10 days of the close of the promotion by post and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 21 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.

11. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.

12. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Our Media, Eagle House, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

14. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

15. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.

16. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
