Hattingley Valley makes award-winning English wine from its winery in Alresford, Hampshire.
Family-owned Hattingley Valley was established in 2008 by owner Simon Robinson and specialises in premium, award-winning sparkling and still English wines. It uses grapes grown on-site and from vineyards across the South of England.
With over 10 hectares (25 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites, as well as a full wine analysis laboratory on-site, the Hampshire based winery is known for its refreshingly modern and innovative approach to winemaking.
What sets Hattingley wines apart from the rest is the subtle use of oak barrels to age the wine. Hattingley wines take a minimum of 18 months to mature and develop, ensuring delicious flavours that showcase the versatility of English wine.
If you’d like to see all this for yourself, Hattingley offers a winery tour and tasting. You’ll not only get to sample its award-winning premium sparkling wines, but you’ll also learn about each step of the wine making process.
